Polish artist Marek Mrowiński’s jewellery investigates the beauty of repetition, using the classical form of a chain. He works within self-imposed limits, such as a single piece of stone, aiming to create a sense of freedom within these boundaries.
Marek was born in 1986 in Słupsk, a city in the north of Poland. He was educated at the Koszalin University of Applied Sciences/Industrial Design Institute and then at Saimaa University of Applied Sciences in Finland, where he gained his MA in 2011. He is currently studying at the Sandberg Instituut in Amsterdam.
