Edu Tarín says of his work, ‘there have been always two parts that cannot stand alone. If we forget about the “how” we are resigning to the intimate connection that humans have been creating with materiality’. His desire is to transform nothing into matter and empty into content, and to understand how technology, design and labour complement each other.
Edu Tarín was born in Valencia in Spain in 1984. He was an apprentice goldsmith in the workshop of his family’s jewellery business before studying at EASD Valencia.
