CUT | 2019 – 2020

CUT is the deconstruction of existing connections.
Found metal objects are cut by hand into separate shapes with individual textures.
Concatenated in rhythmic order, these parts play a game with our need for both balance and tension.

In the work CUT the inner and the outer process play a central role, hereby the act of working is just as important as the result.

relation | 2017 – 2018

Sometimes it’s not obvious, it’s only a feeling and lies in the decision, how things or pieces come together and get in touch with each other. It’s like to rise in a connection, but leave enough space for the opposite… and feel the balance between too much and too little – like an interaction.
